We will build on Dubai’s status as one of the most multicultural cities in the world, where East meets West, and will actively encourage the over 200 nationalities living and working together in Dubai to contribute to the culture and arts renaissance.

International University of Fundamental Studies: IUFS is a non-government and non-profit making university in St. Petersburg (registered by Russian government as a university to provide higher education qualifications) and one of the major civic universities which is working together with Russian state universities to offer International degree qualifications.

Dubai Cultural Council: represents an important step in striking a balance between the commercial and cultural striving , giving a renewed impetus to the efforts and more so, at evolving an strategic plan for the cultural progress of the country and Dubai specifically. On January 12, 2004, H.H Shaikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree for the establishment of the Dubai Cultural Council. The ruling defines the aims of the Council and sets out guidelines for its role in the development of various dominions of artistic and literary expressions.

Dubai Autism Center: founded in 2001, Dubai Autism Center is the largest, most innovative and comprehensive nonprofit organization in the United Arab Emirates serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Autism (sometimes called "classical autism") is the most common condition in a group of developmental disorders known as the Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs). Autism is characterized by impaired social interaction, problems with verbal and nonverbal communication, unusual, repetitive, or severely limited activities and interests.
