LOTUS Educational Institute FZ-LLC is working based on TECOM Free Zone Authority, rules and regulations (not under supervision and accredited by Education or Higher Education Ministries of United Arab Emirates) as a Professional Training Centre and its certificates are fully legal and genuine and not attested by the mentioned ministries and not by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE. LOTUS is providing the unique qualifications (Courses and Certificates) in different fields and levels. LOTUS issues and awards its own certificates to student on completion of her/his studying at LOTUS which means passing successfully course assessment (evaluation/examination) base on the assessment requirements of each courses, provided by Lotus Training Dep. which are (a) submitting an acceptable essay (typing in Word format with standard binding) for each course-subject, (b) presenting 5 to 15 acceptable final artworks (hard copy of colour-print and soft copy-300 dpi high resolution or TIFF format). The routes of certification at Lotus are: (a) Lotus Attendance Certificate for attending in a Course-subject (min. 30 hrs training for each level) without assessment (evaluation/examination) as well as workshop or seminar; (b) Lotus Certificate on completion of a Course-subject (min. 30 hrs training for each level); (c) Lotus Pre-Professional Certificate on completion of a level of Course-programme, min. 72 hrs training; (d) Lotus Professional Certificate on completion of a level of Course-programme (combination of group of course-subjects, hrs training depends on offered qualification), min. 220 hrs training; (e) Lotus Advanced Certificate on completion of a level of Course-programme,  more than 220 hrs training; (f) Lotus Expert Certificate for specialized trainings and senior students, regardless to duration of course or workshop. LOTUS is not responsible to cover all the missed classes during the UAE public holidays or absence of student for any reason. LOTUS does not guarantee for the transferring or converting any course-subject or course-programme (which student passed and completed in LOTUS) to any local or non-local institutions including schools, colleges or/and universities. This is students' responsibility to apply for any kind of attestation and legalization of any certifications issued or provided by LOTUS and ask all desired requirements for acceptance by local or non-local employers, professional and educational bodies or employment licensing laws. LOTUS reserves the right to choose its students for registration; also LOTUS may enroll or dismiss student based on her/his training report and behavior in the Institute. LOTUS will not undertake any responsibility for the student's moral, social and political background and history. LOTUS has the right to announce and act the new rules and training programmes, presented in its website and printed materials. LOTUS student is required to read, follow up and abide by the updated LOTUS rules and programmes continuously. LOTUS reserves the right to take, keep and use the student's personal photo, artworks, portfolio, research copy or CDs/DVDs and the photos of the classes and campus environment for non-profit usages such as its website, advertisements and publications. The fees payments by student are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances (such as withdrawal, absence, visa problems, and sickness, personal or social problems and like that). LOTUS reserves the right to increase the tuition fees for its services without any previous notice. There are penalties of AED 500 for each late payment or return checque; and 10% of the tuition fee of each course-subject will be charged for any final re-examination/evaluation (as the 2nd time only). The student has read and agreed with the conditions stated above and the updated LOTUS rules and programmes. The student is satisfied that the eventual LOTUS qualifications are suitable for her/his needs. Student has no right to make any claim after the date of signing Lotus Application Form of official registration. All details on the Application Form are true and correct and if there is any change to the information the student will inform LOTUS.
